We support our franchise partners by creating tools to assist in the recruitment of drivers, in-store teams and store managers. There’s a full online suite of learning for all roles in our stores, from first day induction and driver training through to those looking to launch a career in store management and area management. All the tools on offer ensure everyone in our store teams has a great foundation, regardless of their role, just like our pizza bases!
And we are proud to introduce our Academy which offers a full career pathway from store team member to franchisee. The Academy programme includes above store level development courses accredited by the Chartered Management Institute, meaning graduates earn a nationally recognised qualification while they work! Our overall goal is to work with our franchise partners to grow their stores and develop their next generation of managers and leaders.
