We’re constantly innovating our menu to provide great choice and we’re proud to say we have a growing plant-based pizza range. We have five Plant-Based pizzas on the menu - our new Plant-Based American Hot, the Plant-Based Margheri-tastic, the Plant-Based Chick'n Winner, the Plant-Based Vegi Supreme, and our award-winning Plant-Based Peppy-roni pizza. These pizzas are made with our Plant-Based dough and Plant-Based cheese alternative. Customers can also enjoy our Plant-Based Nuggets and our Plant-Based Garlic and Herb dip.
Our Classic Crust, Thin & Crispy and Stuffed Crust are not Plant-Based as they include milk-derived ingredients.
All Domino’s food is freshly prepared in our kitchens which are small and extremely busy environments, and due to this we cannot accommodate dedicated preparation areas for our Vegetarian and Plant-Based products.

We first introduced our Gluten Free pizza in 2012 and are proud have been the first major pizza company to launch a Coeliac UK accredited gluten free option. Our gluten free menu offering includes some of our most popular pizzas, including Pepperoni Passion and Texas BBQ.
We have five gluten-free pizzas on our menu of which are made with a Dr Schar pizza base.

We've worked hard to develop our gluten free pizza and are pleased to offer customers a Coeliac UK accredited option, which tastes great too. Our pizza base is made in a dedicated central product facility and stored in sealed pouches before use. These pouches are only opened when a customer places an order for a Gluten Free pizza. Once in store, we've implemented a range of measures to ensure our gluten free pizza is suitable for coeliacs. Domino's team members are specially trained in handling gluten free products and ingredients, this was refreshed in line with the reintroduction of the Gluten Free pizzas in June 2021. We use freshly cleaned equipment to produce each pizza while handling fresh sauce and cheese. Gluten Free pizzas are not cut, to minimise the risk of cross contamination from the pizza cutter. Finally, we conduct a hot rack check before any Gluten Free pizza is given to our customers and the pizza box will have a sticker on it to clearly identify it as Gluten Free.
As part of our work with Coeliac UK, stores are carefully audited against third party defined criteria. Each year, some of our stores are selected for audit in which we demonstrate all measures we take to provide gluten free options. This includes demonstrating how we make our Gluten Free pizzas. All our stores display a Coeliac UK sticker in the door. Our Food Technical team maintain on-going dialogue with Coeliac UK to provide updates to our gluten free menu and store audits.
To see which pizzas are gluten free, take a look at our printed menus, app or visit here.

Whilst we and our ingredients suppliers take precautions, we cannot guarantee any products are free from animal products or allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.

Nuts aren't used as an ingredient in any of our pizzas or side dishes. However, we cannot state our food is nut-free. We don't promote our stores or meat as halal approved. However, most of our chicken is sourced from suppliers in Thailand, whose product is certified as halal by their religious authorities. The exception is our chicken wings, which are sourced from suppliers across EU countries, some of which are not halal approved.
We take animal welfare seriously at Domino's. All our chickens - even if halal - are stunned prior to slaughter. To find out more about our Animal Welfare Policy, please click here.

At Domino’s, we believe antibiotics should not be used for disease prevention or as a growth promoter. We do not permit the use of antibiotics within our livestock supply chain for anything other than treatment purposes. This standard applies to all species of livestock and all geographical locations.
When it is necessary to treat an animal, it must be done under strict supervision with the vet deciding which type of antibiotic is appropriate. All antibiotic usage must be recorded in a veterinary health plan, and available for our technical specialists to review as part of our ad hoc supply chain audits.

We go to enormous lengths to ensure our food is completely safe for our customers. Every Domino's team member is fully trained in hygiene standards and must comply with our strict protocols for storing and handling food. We also operate comprehensive safety standards across our supply chain centres and distribution network.
Domino's processes go above national food safety principles, ensuring the high standards we set ourselves are maintained. Each of our suppliers must be approved via a third party to a recognised Global Food Safety Initiative equivalent standard and is subject to ongoing audits by our technical specialists. While we have a strong track record, we always look for opportunities to enhance these high standards in food safety and keep our policies and procedures under regular review.

All our store team members are fully trained on operational processes at the beginning of their employment, and regularly undertake review training to maintain the high standards we set ourselves. Stores are audited at least four times a year: twice to ensure our brand standards are met and another two times to ensure we're following allergen process regulations, such as keeping our Coeliac UK accreditation.

Just as you wouldn't see a top chef in a restaurant wearing gloves to prepare food, our qualified pizza makers don't wear them either. Domino’s store members are trained to wash their hands at regular intervals, and we continually monitor and inspect stores to ensure these standards are adhered to.

Our teams wear baseball caps to maintain hygiene standards. We expect hair longer than the top of the uniform collar to be secured under the cap or kept back with a hairband or net.

Our signature fresh dough is unbleached and high in protein. This ensures our bases are made from only the best hand stretched dough every time. We make dough at our supply chain centres and each Domino's store receives a delivery at least three times a week. The only Domino's pizzas which aren't made from our signature dough are gluten-free bases and Thin & Crispy bases.

Animal welfare is important to us and to our customers. Our Animal Welfare Policy sets out the standards we expect of our meat suppliers and the processes we use to ensure full compliance.
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure animals exhibit normal behaviour patterns, are properly supervised during transport, and are handled by trained workers. All animals are stunned prior to slaughter.
We demand suppliers comply with all EU, local and UK animal welfare legislation, but we also expect them to commit to further improvements. Each supplier is audited to ensure compliance with our minimum standards, and we agree specific targets and timelines for enhancements.
We continue to take steps to improve standards and are committed to providing transparent information, so our stakeholders are aware of the measures we are taking in this important area.

At Domino's, we take great pride in ensuring our ingredients are of the highest quality. We have a clear supplier management and approval process in place. All food and packaging suppliers agree to a detailed product specification, which is reviewed by our technical teams to ensure ingredients are safe, legal and of a consistently high quality.
Suppliers must be approved via an independent, qualified third party to a recognised Global Food Safety Initiative equivalent and are also subject to ongoing audits by Domino's. We maintain a database of approved ingredients and suppliers who are frequently assessed through quality checks, random sampling and feedback from stores and customers.
We also have a supplier code of practice and responsible sourcing policy, which includes updated requirements for our suppliers for food and non-food related items.

Domino's pizza can be enjoyed as part of a varied balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Customers are given the choice to customise the toppings, crust, type of cheese and most importantly, the number of slices they want to eat. We offer Delight Cheese, which contains a third less fat than standard mozzarella, and work hard to provide up-to-date nutritional information, giving customers the confidence to make informed choices. We recommend a personal pizza serves one person, a small sized pizza serves 1-2 people, a medium pizza serves 2-3 people, and a large pizza serves 3-4 people.
In January 2019, we introduced Delight pizzas to our menu. Our Delight range was developed to contain less than 650kcal per small pizza while keeping the classic taste of Domino's. Both Delight Chicken and Delight Vegi options use Domino's signature fresh dough hand-stretched a little thinner, a lighter portion of Domino's signature tomato pizza sauce and a handful of reduced fat mozzarella.
