What we're looking for

We’re often seen as an anchor occupier for neighbouring properties and invest heavily, together with our franchisees, in the look and feel of a building. We strongly believe having us as a tenant adds value to any property asset.

Here’s some guidance on what we typically look for, However, if you have a site that falls roughly in line with our requirements, please do still contact us.

Ideal floor area of 1,000 sq ft. We will consider larger and smaller properties.
