New Site Referral T&Cs

Domino’s Pizza (“Domino's”, “we”, “our”, “us”) are currently looking for new properties in these locations (“Site(s)”). We do not retain agents and recognise all genuine introductions.

SITE FINDER’S FEES

Should you introduce a Site to Domino’s that we were not previously aware of at the time the introduction was made, and provided the Site found complies with our Property Requirements (see below) and these terms and conditions, you may be able to claim a Site finder’s fee from Domino’s.

We pay a Site finder’s fee of £15,000 in the United Kingdom, or €15,000 in Republic of Ireland, for any Site that completes within twelve months from the date of the introduction to Domino’s.

Please be aware that:

  • Domino’s may reject any Site which has been introduced to us at our sole discretion and shall have no obligation to give reasons for not pursuing a transaction related to any Site;

  • Introductions are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of introduction to Domino’s; and

  • Site finder’s fees are only payable on the condition the transaction completes within 12 months from the date of introduction to Domino’s and must be accompanied by a valid invoice.

PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS

Our typical Property Requirements can be located here and should be used as guidance only. If you have a Site which falls roughly in line with these requirements, please do still contact us (see ‘How To Make An Introduction’ section below).

AGENTS

If you are a property agent and introduce a Site to us, you will be expected to do the following to be eligible for the Site finder’s fee:

  • assist Domino’s at all stages in the acquisition by providing any information required for Domino’s internal approval process for the Site;

  • assist with negotiations of contract to help us exchange and complete;

  • provide us with monthly updates and valuations advice; and

  • provide us with any other advice and assistance as we deem necessary.

LANDLORDS

If you are the landlord of the Site (or the landlord’s relative or property agent), please note that we do not pay a Site finder’s fee if you introduce the Site to us.
