We’re often seen as an anchor occupier for neighbouring properties and invest heavily, together with our franchisees, in the look and feel of a building. We strongly believe having us as a tenant adds value to any property asset.

Frontage: Minimum 15ft

Total Area: Up to 2,500 sq ft (can be over 2 floors)

Minimum ground floor area: 1,000 sq ft or smaller with ability to extend 

High visibility

Ability to secure Hot Food Takeaway planning use (A5)
