No, if the property meets our other requirements we will apply for planning.

AM I ENTITLED TO A FINDER'S FEE IF I'M NOT AN AGENT?

Yes, as long as you are not the Landlord or acting on behalf of the Landlord as this will create a conflict of interest.

CAN I SUBMIT A PROPERTY THAT IS NOT ON YOUR TARGET LIST ? 

Yes, but we are really focusing on expansion in these target areas.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO TURN MY SHOP INTO A DOMINO'S STORE?

It depends on the condition of the site and whether suitable planning is in place.

Yes – the majority of our properties are held on a leasehold basis, but we will consider freehold properties.
