Pennies become Pounds

Pennies become Pounds

In 2010, Domino's Pizza became the first brand to go into partnership in the UK with Pennies, the digital charity box.  And in September 2016, Domino's became the first brand to launch Pennies in ROI too!

Pennies allows our customers the opportunity to round up their order, donating the spare change to our chosen charities.

UK:

92.5% of the money raised is donated to Teenage Cancer Trust, who improve the quality of life and chances of survival for young people with cancer aged between 13 and 24. 7.5% of the donated funds goes to Pennies, to drive the movement for the benefit of the charitable sector as a whole.

Northern Ireland:

92.5% of the money raised is donated to Northern Ireland Children's Hospice, who provide specialist care to children, young people and adults with life-limiting illness. 7.5% of the donated funds goes to Pennies, to drive the movement for the benefit of the charitable sector as a whole.

Republic of Ireland:

As of 19th September, 2016, Pennies is now available to our customers in the Republic of Ireland! 92.5% of the money raised is donated to Barretstown, who offer free, specially designed camps and programmes for children and their families living with a serious illness – supported behind the scenes by 24 hour on site medical and nursing care. 7.5% of the donated funds goes to Pennies, to drive the movement for the benefit of the charitable sector as a whole.

This scheme has proved extremely successful, with millions of our customers choosing to donate their spare pennies.

We would like to thank our customers for their generosity - these pennies really do add up and help to spread joy to many people.
